ACF Chefs of Las Vegas Hall of Fame

About the AFC Las Vegas Hall of Fame

ACFLV Hall of FameTo celebrate its 25th anniversary in 1994, the Fraternity of Executive Chefs of Las Vegas formed the Hall of Fame. The purpose was and is to honor members who have made a lasting commitment to the success of the organization over the years.

Stockyard Farms, run by the Roger Lam family, designed and donated the medallions that would honor members of the Hall of Fame. Zero, one, or two people can be inducted into the Hall of Fame each year.

Members in bold print have also been inducted into the National ACF American Academy of Chefs, which is the highest honor of the ACF.
